1. Products and Services
Little Florence Art designs and sells illustrations created digitally. Each illustration is unique and tailor-made to the specification of every customer.
The artwork is printed on high-quality stock and provided as unframed unless specified in the product description. For some products, it may be possible to purchase frames at an additional cost.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are stated in each product listing. As the pricing of some products is determined by the size of the print and, in the case of the bespoke illustrations, the number of people in the illustration, a final price will be given when adding the item to your shopping basket.
Little Florence Art has the right to alter pricing at any time.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your shipping location.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Once your order has been placed and your payment is taken, your order will be processed and posted.
We aim to print and post unframed prints next working day but this could take longer during busy periods.
Orders for framed prints are processed by a third party and can take up to 6 working days. This could be longer during busy periods.
We are happy to ship worldwide, but please bear in mind that VAT may be applied in the destination Country (if outside of the UK) via import procedures.
4. Returns Policy
If your item arrives damaged then you are entitled to a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Little Florence Art will not be liable for any indirect damage which occurs after delivery.
As all Little Florence Art’s products are personalised, we are not able to offer refunds under any other circumstances i.e. a change of mind.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Little Florence Art owns the intellectual property rights to all artwork. Any artwork purchased should not be copied or reproduced under any circumstances.
Little Florence Art also owns the intellectual property rights of all images, graphics, text and photographs shown on this website and these should not be used or copied in any way.
6. Finally
From time to time Little Florence Art may need to make changes to the terms and conditions, eg changes in the business or changes in the law.
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England.
