To make the most of your personalised family print, here are some hints and tips:

Once you’ve finalised your personalised family portrait, we will print it on museum-grade paper. The paper’s density and satin finish ensure excellent image quality, while giclée printing ensures sharpness and accuracy.

If you opt for a framed portrait, the paper used will have an enhanced matte surface and bright white base, giving it a true photographic feel and highlighting the artwork’s highlights.

Size and Framing Options

There are three sizes of print available. Dimensions are as follows:

A4 – 297 x 210 mm

A3 – 410 x 297 mm

A2 – 594 x 420 mm

Framing is currently only available as an option for locations in the UK. If you need any advice with regards to framing, please get in touch. Gift wrapping is not available with our framed prints.

Shipping

All unframed orders are currently created in our small studio in Hertfordshire, England where we aim to dispatch next working day. If you are ordering from the UK, your print will be sent using Royal Mail First Class as standard. Our Express service uses Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Framed prints will be sent either using Royal Mail or DPD. The leadtimes for framed prints in the UK are approximately 6 working days but may be longer during busy periods. If you select Express delivery, your framed print will be prioritised and shipped within two working days.

International orders are fulfilled using our global print partners. Although unframed prints are available worldwide, framed prints are only available in the UK.
