Our Family Portrait Builder offers 1000’s of templates to choose from, to generate a work of art you can be proud of and will generate happy memories for years to come.

Each portrait is printed on the finest quality, museum-grade paper which offers excellent density. The paper weight is 310gsm with an extra smooth, satin finish. Giclée printing ensures perfect image sharpness.
If a frame is chosen for your family portrait illustration, then the paper used will be an enhanced matt, 189gsm. It has a flat matt surface and bright white base which gives a true photographique feel and accentuates highlights.
Size and Framing Options
There are three sizes of print available. Dimensions are as follows:
A4 – 297 x 210 mm
A3 – 410 x 297 mm
A2 – 594 x 420 mm
Framing is currently only available as an option for locations in the UK. If you need any advice with regards to framing, please get in touch. Gift wrapping is not available with our framed prints.
Shipping
All unframed orders are currently created in our small studio in Hertfordshire, England where we aim to dispatch next working day. If you are ordering from the UK, your print will be sent using Royal Mail First Class as standard. Our Express service uses Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Framed prints will be sent either using Royal Mail or DPD. The leadtimes for framed prints in the UK are approximately 6 working days but may be longer during busy periods. If you select Express delivery, your framed print will be prioritised and shipped within two working days.
International orders are fulfilled using our global print partners. Although unframed prints are available worldwide, framed prints are only available in the UK.

Hi Marianne, Thanks so much for your review and glad your parents liked the print you created for them. You are able to change the height of characters – once you gave selected them, just click on the corner of one and zoom in and out to make bigger or smaller 😊. I. hope that helps

One tiny quibble was that the only appropriate clothing option for one person was a plain white t-shirt – which just vanishes against the background. Hi – I just wanted to thank you for your amazing website and the DIY feature. Many months ago I bookmarked your portraits in my Instagram “gift ideas” folder in the hope I’d one day be able to order them. At Christmas 2020 I went into that folder and happily started to DIY a portrait for one present.
